How donations work:
Those vulnerable people most in need of the SOS Coin won't be able to afford this relatively expensive device, considering that it won't immedetialy become a simple commodity with economies of scale for an affordable production cost, and given that it relies on expensive satellite communications. It is for this reason that a donation platform is offered to philanthropists and their organizations. This platform allows individuals and organizations to donate one or more SOS Coins to real beneficiaries who are to be offered these devices together with the user instructions for free. THIS SECTION WILL BE ACTIVATED ONCE THE UNIT PRICE OF THE SOS COIN HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED.
